Here are Four Things You Should Know:

1. God Loves you and desires a relationship with you

   • For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son (Jesus) that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16).

2. Man is sinful and separated from God.

   • All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23).

3. Jesus Christ is God's ONLY provision for mans' sin. (Jeus is the only way we can have a relationship with God)

   • But God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8).

4. We must individually receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior to have a personal relationship with God.

   • For as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become the children of God. Even to them who believe on His name. (John 1:12)

   • By Grace have you been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9).

 

You can enter into a personal relationship with God by praying this prayer:

Lord Jesus, Please come into my heart and save me. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and repent of my sins. Thank you for saving me and making me your child. Amen.
